Natural-looking results. Nothing that announces itself.

Our injectable approach is about balance and proportion, not volume for its own sake.

We do less, on purpose.

The best injectable work is the kind no one can point to. Our aim is to soften what bothers you while keeping everything that makes you look like yourself.

That means starting conservatively, reviewing how your face settles, and adding only if it genuinely helps. We would rather you come back for a small top-up than overfill in a single visit.

It is a slower philosophy, and a more honest one. Over the years it has earned us clients who trust us precisely because we are willing to say no.

Dr. Sofia Mendes, MD.

Medical Aesthetic Physician, 12 years experience.

My goal has always been to help people feel comfortable in their own skin, not to change who they are. I spend most of a first appointment listening, because the right plan starts with understanding what someone actually wants.

I trained in medicine before specializing in aesthetics, and that grounding shapes how I work. I treat conservatively, I explain my reasoning, and I am happy to tell a client when a treatment is not right for them. That honesty is the part of this work I am proudest of.

Good questions to ask.

No. We dose conservatively and review how your face moves before adding anything. The aim is softer lines and natural expression, not a frozen look. If you want very little, we are glad to start there.
Botox typically lasts three to four months, while most fillers last from six months to over a year depending on the area and product. We will give you a realistic timeline for your specific treatment at your consultation.
Most people return to normal activities right away. You may have minor redness or small bruising at injection sites for a few days. We will share simple aftercare so you heal cleanly.
There is no single right age. Some clients start with small preventative doses in their late twenties, others come to us much later. What matters is your skin, your goals, and an honest conversation about whether treatment makes sense for you.
Because we start conservatively, dramatic surprises are rare. Botox softens gradually and wears off naturally, and many fillers can be dissolved if needed. We review you at two weeks and adjust carefully.
Yes, and many clients do. Injectables often sit alongside skin treatments within a wider plan. We sequence them thoughtfully so your skin is never doing too much at once.
